Visa Streams & Stay Periods
The Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) has three main streams:

Eligibility: Must hold a first Post-Study Work Stream visa and have lived/worked in a regional area.
📌 Visa Requirements
To be eligible for the Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485), applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must be under 50 years old.
- Completed a CRICOS-registered course in Australia.
- Course must be at least 92 weeks (2 academic years) in duration.
- Must have studied in Australia for at least 16 months.
- Must meet English proficiency (unless holding a passport from the UK, USA, Canada, NZ, or Ireland).
- Acceptable tests:
- IELTS: Overall 6.0 (with no band less than 5.0).
- PTE: Overall 50 (with no section below 36).
- TOEFL iBT: 64 (minimum scores in reading, listening, speaking, and writing).
- Must undergo a medical examination.
- Must provide police clearance certificates.
Must hold Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC) or a suitable Australian health policy.
Must apply within 6 months of course completion.
